The Greatest Gift is Your Presence

Ordinary gatherings can be unforgettable.

Simple, playful, and human. Our card game invites laughter, conversations, and helps us remember why being together matters.

What began as a personal experiment more than a decade ago has grown into a beloved game played across parties, organisations, and festivals. Greatest Gift Card Game was born from a longing to make festive gatherings feel more intentional, replacing small talk with meaningful personal stories. From its humble beginnings as hand-cut cards at year-end parties, the game has carried its spirit of connection through countless living rooms, family dinners, and team retreats. In 2024, it made its way to TED in Vienna, where it was distributed to speakers of the conference's AI-focused theme. Unlike traditional games, winners aren't measured in money, points, or property. Here, you “win” through great conversations, through the moments of unexpected laughters, or through surprisingly relatable honesty . It’s easy to pick up, endlessly replayable, and designed to work in any setting — Christmas parties, cosy nights in, birthdays, retreats... It works even with kids! Over the years, players have told us the same thing: this game changes the way people gather. It makes the night more fun, but also more real. It softens the edges, makes vulnerability possible, and opens doors that too often stay shut. Now, after selling out, the game is back in print! With it, comes our first expansion pack -- Earth. In a time when conversations about climate change can feel overwhelming or disconnected, this deck gently invites people to share their relationship to the earth in ways that are playful, personal, and full of possibility. Take it outside, bring it to a picnic, or let it spark new reflections wherever you are. Through years of playtesting and countless unforgettable moments, one truth has become clear: the greatest gift really is your presence.
